After moving around the site, I find it a good place to study homeopathy.

Is it possible to build an online web page that may help the patient to prepare the case of the patient for onward submission to homeopaths like the one available with HOMPATH patient case management software.

The said sofware ask various questions to patient. The patient provides answers and when the patient press the evaluate button it brings a complete proforma with all chief and other complaints in single page in good concise form. Just by giving a single look at proforma, a homeopath can easily find a single remedy.

Hi !

I'm not sure whether I understand your question correctly, so please apologize if I'm wrong.

You can find a questionnaire for acute diseases and for children here in Hpathy. Moreover, many practitioners prepare their own questionnaire (not all work with a questionnaire, some prefer a detailed oral interview)  and you can find it on their website. You will find many if you google for "homeopathic questionnaire".

The repertorization is manual.In future you may expect automatic repertorization from the proforma.Nothing is impossible.
