What has this person been given regards homeopathics?

The symptoms are on the skin of the hands and feet,this indicates  that the ailment is on its way out.

Not enough posted on this case to suggest any remedy sorry.

Another point to bring up; Within the scope of organ relationship and where its directly located on the hands and feet (Reflexology  info )Might indicate where the imbalance is within the body,and this needs to be addressed.

Thanks to all for the replies ... This person is the most difficult case I've ever taken and have been trying to cure him for the past 2 years (The medicines that I have tried are not providing a cure ... so I decided to start afresh and this is one symptom that this person came to me with and is still persisting)

For this one, the prickly heat type of eczema aggravates after he has alcohol. Will give more on this person

M/32/Married/2 sons

Childhood - No diseases except suffered from Goitre which is long gone. T2/T3/TSH tests are all fine. Has had mild bronchitis. Aggravated by seasonal changes.

Body is cold - especially hands and feet (tips ic cold) and sweaty/clammy - aggravated by nervousness. Hot head - cannot cover it ever.

Current

Mind : Nervous temprament. Visit to a doctor also causes pshychosomatic reactions - Face gets hot and sweaty and hands and feet turn cold. Slight stammer appears. Is extremely punctual. Too worried about losing job and future of his kids. Quick thinker. Intellectual and intelligent - Has been a school / college topper and doing good at computers. Cannot relax socially - hates socialising. Does not want to go out of the house. Bites nails when alone. Smokes upto 20 cigs a day. Shakes legs when sitting

Location and Side : All affections on the right side. Do not move across to the left. In his own words "My right side seems old compared to left"

Head : Profuse hairfall for the past 8 years (Hair is now scanty and unhealthy) White on the sides. More pronounced on the R side. Head is generally hot and face is extremely oily and sweaty. gets frequent neuralgic pain that originates in tonsil and travels from below the ear into the temple and into the R eye. Sudden onset and amelioration of pain. Episode lasts for 30 mins to hr. Not periodic. Can go like 3 months w/o any episode and then it suddenly returns. Suffers from Sinusitis. Forehead feels full and eyelids seem heavy.

Eyes : Myopia. many affections of the eyes - seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. Itching eyes, small and sunken, black floaters in eyes. Unhealthy looking.

Digestion : Loves spicy and sour things. Loves salt. Tongue has furry white coating on the root. Root also has engorged papillae. Sufferes from flatulence. Loves cheese. Cannot have too much of sweets. Heaviness in hepatic region. Utlrasound confirmed slightly enlarged Gall Bladder. Suffers from high cholestrol - is on Atorvastatin (10 mg) daily. Nauseated feeling when gets up early and smokes.

Throat - Sufferes from bronchitis. Gets frequent rhinitis attacks with lots of sneezing. Contricted feeling below larynx. Itching in back of throat. Swollen tonsils. Back of throat is grazed. No pus / patched but small reddish blisters in the back of throat.

General : Lower back pain. Pain/ frequent cramps in neck and scapula - R side more affected.

Another peculiar symptom : The skin on the base of nails is thin - very smooth and shiny and brown in colour. Nails are bluish.

Remedies tried in the past 2 years (30c was tried for a week. If symptoms did not change, gave a space of about 1.5 months before trying out the next)

Hi Murthy ! Tea does not cause aggravation. Moreover, on the sexula sphere, this patient is sexually very active. Even erotic dreams are not uncommon (experiences them atleast 2 times a week) No sexual weaknesses either.

I am thinking of Phosphorus. Any ideas ?
