Recently I had purchased classic ver 8 from Dr Arvind Pushkar,who is at present the dealer of hompath  in u.p. on 2/4/2006. The software itself has no problems but one of the additional cd M.M.ELITE is exactly similiar to M.M.LIVE in its contents. I have made several requests to  both Dr Pushkar & Dr Jawahar Shah but they did't make any response. I am very much surprised by the way both these doctors deal with the users. Inspite of several e mails send to Dr Jawahar Shah he did't bother to response any one of them.though he replied my every emails before purchasing the software.

Dear Dr. Tandon,

That seems to be the common practice of the developers and distributors of Hompath both in India and Pakistan. A friend never got a solution to his defective TRESORIE AND TRESORIE LINKS CDS.

Dr. Jawahar Shah and his distributors must realise that a satisfied user can recommend the products to several new buyers and a disgruntled user will certainly ask the prospective buyers to keep away from the product in view of his sour experience. It is as simple as that.

       Thanks for ur valuable cooperation, my problem of defective software is solved today. In fact on 19 th june I forward this page & the page on  http://www.otherhealth.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&noqu ote=1&p=61612  to Dr Jawahar Shah with a title tag "Homeopathic Software Gaining Popularity in its after service', Mr Rajesh on the same day mailed that he is replacing the defective cd & today I received the software.

A good way to make them respond.

In general there are lot of complaints regarding the after sales service of Classic 8. It definitely hurts if you get bad publicity.

However the software is reasonably good.I find their search tool (rubrics) too inadequate, to rely upon.It doesn't respond with the full set for any particular combination of words.

You compare with the results you get from this free site.

Press the search button. You need Java runtime to load the servlet.

Congrats Dr. Prabhat, we have won half battle. The remaining half would be won, if my Pakistani friend's defective CDs are replaced and the software developers start responding to complaints as quickly as they did in your case after receiving your aptly-titled e-mail!

Mr. Rajesh had asked me about a year back to send him the email address of my Pakistani friend which I did but his defective CDs have not yet been replaced.
