Hello kelenvor,

Although your cat is already a very old companion, it may be possible to help him homeopathically.

Please answer the following questions :

Does your cat suffer from anaemia ?

How severe is the emaciation ?

Is there any muscular weakness ?

Is there any mental stress to be observed ?

Is there dilation of his pupils ?

Increased heart rate ?

Any other symptoms ? (Please think carefully !)

Lack of appetite ? Or healthy appetite ?

Is your cat greasy and/or unkempt ?

Has he extreme thirst ?

Any kidney problems combined with inappetance and marked thirst ?

Wim.

Hello kelenvor,

Inappetance means lack of appetite, but I see your cat has a good (healthy) appetite. Marked means clear or distinct.

The situation is clear to me. I advise as follows :

Give a.s.a.p. :  Iodum 30c, twice a day (morning and evening) one dose (= 1 tablet or 3 pellets/granules) This remedy is clearly indicated for your cat by the emaciation + healthy appetite + greasy + unkempt coat.

Also give Flor the piedra 12c, approx. 10 minutes before you give the Iodum, also twice a day (morning + evening) in the same dosing as the Iodum. Flor the piedra will balance the glandular secretions better (more effectively).

If the improvement of your cat is still insufficient after a few days also give :

Thyroidinum 30c, also 10 minutes apart from the other remedies and twice a day in the same dosing as the Iodum.

Don`t touch tablets or pellets/granules with your hands, but give them dry in mouth straight from the cap of the bottle/container or from a clean spoon.

Good luck and keep us posted, please !

Wim (William)

Hello kelenvor, I live in the Netherlands and I don`t know where you can order them in your country, but it`s possible to order them online from Ainsworths UK and Helios UK etc. I know for sure that Ainsworths stocks all 3 remedies. I`d suggest to order them all, since they aren`t expensive and you will most likely need all of them !   Wim.
