Two observations:-
 
You have missed the representation of 40% of the homeopathic community of the world.
 
If all over the world, if there are 100 homeopaths then 40% are from Pakistan. I am astonished to read that you have given history of every country but you have missed the 40% representation. Might be your knowledge is poor.
 
India almost have 200000 registered homeopaths but Pakistan too have 180000 registered homeopaths under NCH Ministry of Health Pakistan. All homeopaths of the world including India aggregates 60% but if you do not add 40% then your information is not complete.
 
In my knowledge, only India, Bungladesh, Srilanka and Pakistan are the counteries where homeopathy is recognized at Ministry of Health Govt of Pakistan level and where ACT (Legislation) is passed from the parliament. But in other counteries it is recognized at homeo association level. A country Pakistan that recognizes homeopathy at official level, you have missed it entirly and given no info..... Surprise on your knowledge.

In your datewise history you are using the word "India" but India was not came into existance before 1947. Earlier this part was called Indo-Pak Subcontinent.
 
Therefore, it is wrong to say
 
1847: First Homeopathic Hospital in India at Tanjore, Tamil Nadu
 
Because India as country was not on world map in that date. It could be like this one
 
1847: First Homeopathic Hospital in Indo- Pak Subcontinent (Pre-partition India) at Tanjore, Tamil Nadu

In state of assam lots of homoeopathic nonregistered practitoiner like layman. they read materia medica and prescribe medicines without any disease knoledge. but still they got good popularity. every corner of assam even a small market there is a lay man practising homoeopathy. but people accept it easily. I think more than 40% people take homoeopathy at first. 30% uses homoeopathy after taking other pahty when they are not cured.

But why Pakistan did not produce any brilliant researcher in 60 years ?

Why all breakthroughs came from India and Europe ?
How you can explain this ?
